Returns, Cancellations & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. To cancel, email us at contact@vastranayani.com.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (5% payment gateway charges deducted).

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
  • To initiate, email contact@vastranayani.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photos/video of the product.
  • Our courier partner will arrange a pickup within 2–3 business days. It may take 10–12 business days for the parcel to reach us.
  • Refunds are initiated only after product inspection.
  • Return Charges: ₹150 per order (covers reverse shipping)
  • Exchange Charges: ₹300 per order (includes return + reshipment)

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the return package.
  • Amount is credited to your original payment method within an additional 5–7 business days.

4. Pure Silk & Handloom Saree Policy

  • Returns of pure silk and handloom silk sarees are eligible for a credit note valid for one year.
  • Exchanges are accepted if returned in original condition within 3 Days.
  • Please note: Natural variations in handloom weaves — minor loose threads, slight imperfections, or color differences from screen — are inherent to authentic handcraftsmanship and are not considered defects.

5. Eligibility Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Must be in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photo/video proof.
  • Damaged, used, or products without original packaging will not be accepted for return or refund.
