  1. How do I track my order?

As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number and an active link to track it live. We urge you to enter your email id while placing the order to get all updates related to your order.

  1. Which Logistics / Courier company do you ship through?

We have tied up with various reputed logistics providers like Shiprocket & Delhivery Pvt. Ltd for shipping within India.

  1. At what time of the day will the package be delivered?

Once your package is Out for delivery, you will receive a call from our logistics partner for the delivery of your order. They will be able to confirm the time of delivery. Packages are delivered using an OTP for verification and we request you to keep you phone handy while receiving the package for OTP verification purpose.

  1. What will happen if I miss my order or package?

Do not worry! Every order is attempted thrice for delivery before it returns to our warehouse. So, you have another chance! Don’t miss it again! Our team will contact you regarding the same if necessary. Any prepaid orders which are undelivered, will be reshipped at an additional shipping cost of ₹150 (to be borne by the customer) and if the order is cancelled by the customer, a refund coupon code will be issued post deduction of 'to&fro' shipping charges of ₹300.

  1. Do you ship across India?
    Yes, we offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
  2. Is cash on delivery (COD) available?
    Yes, COD is available on all orders at an extra Rs.150
  3. How do I care for my Banarasi saree?
    We recommend dry cleaning to maintain the saree's texture, color, and zari detailing. Use low iron on a cotton cloth above the saree.
  4. Can I return or exchange a saree?
    Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 48 hrs of delivery, provided the saree is unused and in its original condition. Click here for more details.
  5. How long will it take to receive my order?
    Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number and an active link to track it live.     We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and COD.
