Orders & Shipping

1. How long will it take to receive my order?
We dispatch orders within 2 hours of placement. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days for metro cities and 5–7 business days for non-metro cities.

2. How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a live tracking link. Please ensure you enter your email ID while placing the order to receive all updates.

3. Which courier partners do you ship through?
We ship through reputed logistics providers including Shiprocket and Delhivery Pvt. Ltd. across India.

4. At what time will my package be delivered?
Once your order is out for delivery, our logistics partner will call you to confirm the time. Packages are delivered using OTP verification — please keep your phone handy.

5. What happens if I miss my delivery?
No worries! Every order is attempted three times before being returned to our warehouse. Our team will also reach out to you if necessary.

6. Do you ship across India?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

7. Do you offer International Shipping?
We currently do not offer direct international shipping. International customers may place orders via Razorpay or PayPal and have them delivered to a trusted address within India.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit & Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, International Payments via Razorpay & PayPal, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

9. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available on all orders at an additional charge of ₹100.

Returns & Exchanges

10. Can I return or exchange a saree?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 3 Days of delivery, provided the saree is unused and in its original condition with all tags intact. Click here for our full Cancellations, Returns & Refund Policy.

Product Care

11. How do I care for my Banarasi, handloom, and pure silk sarees?
We recommend dry cleaning only to preserve the saree’s texture, colour, and zari detailing. If ironing is needed, use a low heat setting with a cotton cloth placed over the saree.
