Shipping & Delivery Policy

Vastranayani ships PAN India, partnered with reputed logistics services for professional and timely delivery.

1. Order Dispatch

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day.
• Tracking details are sent to your registered email once shipped.
• You will be notified in case of any delays.

2. Order Tracking

• A Tracking URL and AWB number will be emailed to you upon dispatch.
• Use the tracking URL to live track your order anytime.

3. Delivery Timeline

• Metro cities: 2–3 business days
• Non-metro cities: 5–7 business days
• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated via your registered email.
• A 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory for OTP-based delivery. Failure to receive the OTP may result in non-delivery, and re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all Prepaid orders within India.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) IS available at an additional ₹100 cash-handling fee.

5. International Shipping

• We do not offer direct international shipping.
• International customers can order via Razorpay or PayPal and have it delivered to a trusted address within India.
